Who are we?
Established in 2024, Up and Coming Sports is a a football development brand specialising in developing junior footballers of all levels.
We provide a unique and innovative coaching style for junior football, with our young AFL coaches being relatable and experienced, working across multiple pathways of football.
Meet our Founder
Kaelan is an accredited AFL coach and Founder at Up and Coming Sports. He is passionate about helping his footballers achieve their goals and provides them with the skills, knowledge and motivation they need to succeed.
Kaelan has completed several certifications including his Level 2 AFL Coaching. Bringing a wealth of coaching experience, working across community level to elite football pathways and senior football. Currently development coaching at the Sandringham Dragons in the Coates Talent League, his passion in helping develop young talent has led to creating Up and Coming Sports.
Kaelan understands the importance of a personalised approach and tailors his athletes’ training programs to their individual needs. He takes the time to get to know each of his athletes and thoroughly assesses their current goals and capabilities.
Kaelan also takes the time to explain the importance of technique and building strong habits and its impact on overall performance. He provides players with valuable knowledge to help them improve their decision-making on and off the field.
